*Included in this course is a link to our 1 hour Vulva Pleasure Workshop* Mindful masturbation is about being present and conscious in the experience of giving your body pleasure. Practicing it will give you the tools to accept your body's needs and desires and increase your sexual pleasure during solo and partnered sex. Challenge yourself to explore and love your body more through mindful masturbation and join others in a private community support with weekly check ins and reflections. This course provides daily activities and prompts and includes access to coach support and weekly group reflections.
