The course will contain all the same content and online coursework as our full Self Love & Pleasure Course, but will have 2 live coaching sessions instead of 4.

The course will be taught via an online workbook and challenges & activities.

We will meet live online every second week and will use our group chat to keep in touch with challenges, advice and support throughout the month.
